Hi, I’m Brentton Barkman, Founder and Creative Director of Apex Reel Inc. As both a father and an educator, I understand the responsibility families carry when supporting young athletes. The recruiting process can feel unclear, and knowing what truly matters on film isn’t always obvious.

My role isn’t just to edit video. It’s to evaluate performance, identify impact, and help athletes recognize their strengths. Through structured review and open communication, I work closely with families to ensure each reel reflects both the athlete’s identity and the standards of the next level.
